That typically includes your name, company name, email address, phone number, origin and destination addresses, and details about the work you need done. Information collected automatically: like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the site you arrived from. This is collected through our website platform and through Google Analytics. Cookies: we use cookies to keep the site working properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can decline non-essential cookies through the banner on the site, and you can block cookies in your browser settings. Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms of service. 

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION. To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote. To schedule surveys, coordinate job dates, and manage your move or project. To send service updates about work you have asked us to do. To keep records required by our operating authority and by law. To improve the website. We store customer records in Movegistics, our business and warehouse management system. 

MOBILE INFORMATION. Bormann Brothers collects mobile phone numbers so that we can respond to service inquiries and coordinate projects with customers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where it is necessary to do the work or required by law. Service partners, where your move requires them: for international moves these are Schumacher, Aires, and Crown. For lifts beyond our own equipment, qualified crane partners including Granite State Crane. Technology providers that operate our systems, including our website platform, our CRM, and our analytics and email providers, acting on our instructions. Regulators, insurers, and legal authorities where we are required to provide it. 

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT. We keep customer and project records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal, insurance, and tax obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or archived. 

YOUR CHOICES. Email updates: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Access and correction: contact us using the details above and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are able. Cookies: decline non-essential cookies in the site banner or block them in your browser. 

CHILDREN. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
